West Palm Beach is the oldest and one of the most historically rich cities in South Florida. In fact, it was incorporated before Miami. The city is situated right about in the middle of the county, which no doubt has helped contribute to it’s rise in residency. The city boasted a 4% population growth from 2010 to 2014, the last year census data is available, with about 104k residents.

The historic neighborhoods are something to marvel at. These neighborhoods began as industrial magnates such as Flagler settled into Palm Beach. Their servants needed a home, of course, and thus, West Palm Beach was founded.
