Jennifer Booker Earns Certified Negotiation Expert Designation

Jen Booker - CNENegotiating contracts and terms are an essential function for today’s real estate agents, especially in the ultra-competitive Palm Beach County real estate market. Agents who are poor negotiators are doing their buyers and sellers a disservice.

Good negotiation skills aren’t inherited or gifted – they are earned. As such, the Real Estate Negotiation Institute, or RENI, exists to teach agents such important skills. We are proud to let our customers know that Jennifer Booker of Copeland & Co. Real Estate has earned her Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation.

The CNE is designed to give Realtors like Jennifer the edge in negotiations by teaching students the core negotiation skills, including:

  • Effective communication to uncover desirable information
  • How to determine and choose among the many options in active negotiations
  • How to work collaboratively with an opposing and difficult agent
  • How to resolve deadlocks
