That history gives me a perspective that’s increasingly rare — not just on real estate, but on what different parts of Palm Beach County are actually like to live in.
My experience in real estate goes far beyond buying and selling homes. I gained experience in real estate law, went on to own and operate a title insurance business, and in 2015 founded Copeland & Co. Real Estate.
Because I’ve worked on so many sides of a transaction, I often see things others may miss. I understand how the pieces connect, what can create problems later, and which questions need to be asked early. That helps me guide my clients more thoughtfully from the beginning through closing.
