326 Fern St – Alexander Lofts is one of the hippest, newest buildings downtown! The open floor plans of these studio, 1, and 2 bedroom allow for you to make each space your own. Throughout the building and the units, you’ll find the original structure’s exposed brick, open ceilings with rafters, exposed water lines, stainless steel fixtures and appliances, light, sand-colored wood flooring, all giving the building that “industrial” feel. The condo is named after Alexander Graham Bell, the inventor of the telephone. You will find a folk-like homage paid to Bell throughout the lobby, and of course on the massive, beautiful mural facing the water to the east, by Tristan Eaton, a Los Angeles artist.
